Games to take place Friday, Saturday
Inspired by the plight of the god Lono, who dealt with his inner turmoil caused by rash murder of his wife by fighting men through out the Big Island, the Makahiki games are one of the essential stages of the Makahiki season. The following are brief descriptions of some of the events taking place this weekend on Molokai.
